Using a face mask regularly can boost your skincare routine, improving the look and feel of your skin in 20 minutes or less. Sheet masks provide intense hydration and nourishment by infusing the skin with serums and other active ingredients.

This will depend on your skin type and your product’s directions, but most face masks can be used one to three times a week. Those with sensitive skin or dry skin may only need to use one a week, whereas normal or oily skin may use one up to three times.

Before applying a face mask, use a gentle face wash to create a clean canvas by removing any impurities, excess oil, makeup, or dirt. You can then start applying the mask to your skin.
